This Weeks Chart Summary...

This week's Dalian Foodstores Sure Shot belongs to the song that our panel of experts predicts will make it to the top of the charts! The title this week belongs to Faker's single "This Hear Attack"! The band made up of Australian natives was formed in 1996 but released their first studio effort in 2005. The band will be playing Big Day Out 2008 alongside big name artists like Bjork and Rage Against the Machine.

This week's Snow Valley-Winter Ridge Resort
Hi-Riser belongs to the the single
that climbed the highest number of spots on our chart, week over
week.
This week the winner is Melanie C's single "Carolyna".
Still touring with the Spice Girls until the end of February, Mel's
got to be proud this week as her newest release jumps 11 spots on
the Blue2 countdown!

he Northern Territory Lottery Slider is the
single that saw the greatest misfortune this week falling the most
spots on the chart.
The honour, or dishonour this week belongs to Major Maker's
"Rollercoaster". If you think of the chart as a rollercoaster,
then Major Maker is taking that big plunge after the first climb.
The TelecomSpot Tech Stores Top Debut is the song that entered the chart in the highest position this week, and the title goes to Cory Lee's latest "Lover's Holiday". Cory Lee is a Canadian born singer with Chinese/German ancestry and played the roll of "Karma" on the hit TV Show Instant Star which features Alexz Johnson who is no stranger to the countdown.

The First Bank of Georgia Sneak Peak is the song that did not make the chart this week but our experts predict will be popping up in the debut column in the weeks to come. Our panel predicts that the new single "Africa" by Karl Wolf will appear on the charts in the coming weeks.

The Ocean City Maryland Goodbye honours the songs that fell-off the chart this week, undoubtedly into music oblivion... unless of course you check-out the archives section where their memory lives on forever. This week, we've said a Ocean City So-Long to...
Westlife - "Home"
Mat Kearney - "Nothing Left to Lose"
Bucky Covington - "Good to Be Us" and
Alesha Dixon - "Lipstick"
