This Weeks Chart Summary...

 Sure Shot Logo

This week's Pureology Sure Shot belongs to the song that our panel of experts predicts will make it to the top of the charts! The title this week belongs to I Nine's new single "Seven Days Of Lonely"!  This week the chart breaks from tradition and nominates a musical force outside of Australia. I Nine, hailing from South Carolina in the USA has grown in popularity since their first single was released on iTunes in 2007. There first album is due out this year.

This week's UK Park-and-Sell Hi-Riser belongs to the the single that climbed the highest number of spots on our chart, week over week.
This week the winner is Ricki-Lee and her single "Can't Touch It"  for a second week in a row moving up 12 spots to 18 on the chart! Nothing more to say other than this song has some serious staying power and is proving it by skyrocketing up the countdown.

The Flick-Off Slider is the single that saw the greatest misfortune this week falling the most spots on the chart.
The honour, or dishonour this week belongs to The Last Goodnight's "Back Where We Belong". Apparently the public thinks the place this song belongs is in music history. Hopefully it's not also the last curtain call for the Last Goodnight.

The O Travel Top Debut is the song that entered the chart in the highest position this week, and the title goes to I Nine's new song "Seven Days of Lonely". This is the second week in a row where the top debut belongs to an artist or artists who were discovered using new media; last week via YouTube and this week over iTunes. Needless to say, this song skyrocketed over perennial powerhouses like the Backstreet Boys and Hedley to steal the 40th spot on the chart.

The Rejuvenate Skin Care Centres Sneak Peak is the song that did not make the chart this week but our experts predict will be popping up in the debut column in the weeks to come. Our panel predicts that the  new single "Feedback" by Janet Jackson will appear on the charts in the coming weeks.

The Greengood Farms Goodbyes honour the songs that fell-off the chart this week, undoubtedly into music oblivion... unless of course you check-out the archives section where their memory lives on forever. This week, we've said a Greengood Farms Goodbye to...

Kanye West - "Stronger"
Enrique Iglesias - "Tired of Being Sorry"
Shayne Ward - "No You Hang Up"
Colbie Caillat - "Bubbly" and
CSS - "Music Is My Hot Hot Sex"
